You can view all the events from Fairwood Elementary PTSA in your favorite calendar applications. This includes Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple iOS smart phones, tablets, and any other devices or applications that support the iCal format. As events are added and changed on this website, your other calendar applications will automatically update to reflect the changes. At the same time, events coming from this website will be kept separate from your personal calendar items, and you can easily hide these events at any time.

Google Calendar

1. Sign in to your Google calendar on a computer (you will be able to see the calendar in the app once it is added in a browser window)
   
2. In the left pane next to "Other calendars", click the + for “Add Other Calendars” and choose "From URL"
   
3. Type/paste in the address for our website's calendar http://fairwoodptsa.org/event/ical/all.ics, and press "Add Calendar"
   

Microsoft Outlook in Office 365

1. Open Outlook
   
2. From the Calendar page of Outlook, click “Import Calendar”, then on the left select “From web”
   
3. Type/paste in the address for our website's calendar http://fairwoodptsa.org/event/ical/all.ics in the “Link to the calendar” spot, name the calendar, and click "Import"
   
   
   

Apple iOS (iPad, iPhone)

1. Launch the Settings app on your device
    
2. Tap on “Passwords & Accounts” & Tap “Add Account”
   
3. Tap on “Other”
   
4. Tap on “Add Subscribed Calendar”
   
5. Type/paste in the address for our website's calendar http://fairwoodptsa.org/event/ical/all.ics and then tap Next
   
   
6. Tap Save
   
   

7. View your different calendars by tapping “Calendars” at the bottom of the Calendar app!
